Our Road Test Scheduling Service:

  • On the next business day, we will schedule your road test for the first available test at the road test location of your choice
  • Once the road test is scheduled, you will be sent an email and a text message from NYS DMV
  • If the date and time does not work, we will reschedule the test ONE time
  • You will be responsible for providing your own car and accompanying driver on the day of the test
  • This service DOES NOT include a lesson or the use of our car (If you are interested in using a Bell’s automobile for the road test and a review driving lesson please see our Complete Road Test Package)

Road Test Scheduling Service F.A.Q.’s

Bell’s Auto Driving will schedule a road test for you at the DMV Road Test Site of your choice.

Bell’s Auto Driving will reschedule the test one more time for you.  If it is more convenient, you can reschedule on your own.

When the test is scheduled, NYS DMV will send you an email and a text with the date and time.

Bell’s Auto Driving also offers a Complete Road Test Package.  This package includes a sixty minute driving review lesson before the test and the use of a Bell’s automobile for the road test.

After your test results are posted, you can schedule a new road test.

Some things to keep in mind –

  • NYS DMV schedules road tests approximately 4-6 weeks in advance
  • You may find a cancellation that is earlier (Make sure to allow time for your certificate to arrive)
  • If you are under 18, you can schedule your road test 6 months from the date of issuance on your permit
  • A you must bring your own car (licensed, inspected and insured) and accompanying driver (over age of 21)
